Complex Care Support Worker

Superior Healthcare is seeking a dedicated support worker to join our team and provide exceptional care to a client with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals with complex care requirements and be committed to delivering high-quality care.

Our client is a male in his late 20s who lives at home with his parents and leads an active lifestyle, including day trips to London and sailing.

Due to the client's nonverbal status, the support worker must be intuitive to his needs and able to communicate effectively.

The role requires a proactive thinker with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to plan activities for the client.

Responsibilities include:

  • Enteral feeding
  • Gastrostomy medication administration
  • Medication management
  • Oral suction
  • Moving and handling with and without hoists
  • Personal care

Requirements include:

  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights
  • At least 6 months of UK care experience in a professional setting
