Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including moving and handling, medication administration, and enteral feeding.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, taking into account the client's preferences, needs, and goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the client's family, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months' experience in a professional care setting, with a focus on supporting clients with complex needs.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
