We Are Seeking a Compassionate Support Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Sevenoaks, Kent. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care and support to clients with diverse health conditions.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions closely.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and promptly report any changes in clients' conditions.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature is crucial for providing sensitive and supportive care.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is highly valued in this role.
