About the Role

As a Casual Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals in our residential homes, supported living accommodation, and community-based services. Your duties will include assisting with daily living tasks, administering medication, and promoting independence and choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support and care to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and related difficulties
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and hygiene
  • Administer medication as required
  • Promote independence and choice for individuals
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements
