Job Title: Support Worker for Young Adults

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality support and positive outcomes for young people in our care service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with young people and a strong understanding of the challenges they face.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to young people living independently in their homes.
  • Assist in developing young people's independent living skills, including budgeting, education, and social activities.
  • Update and ensure progress is made with care plans accordingly.
  • Liaise with social services and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in service developments, including planning, monitoring, and evaluation activities.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Social Care and/or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working with young people in a care setting.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and travel across a large geographical portfolio.
