About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the Kent Autistic Trust. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and related difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and hygiene
  • Assist with medication administration and household management
  • Encourage independence and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion
  • Form good working relationships with colleagues and individuals we support
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements:

  • Positive, forward-thinking, and compassionate attitude
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve
  • Understanding of individual abilities and support needs
  • Commitment to continuous personal development and learning
