Job Title: Residential Care Assistant

Hightown Housing Association is a housing charity that builds homes and provides support to people. We are seeking a Residential Care Assistant to join our team in Gawcott. As a Residential Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs and promoting their independence and choice.

The ideal candidate will be able to provide personal care needs, support mealtimes and social activities, attend appointments, maintain the health and wellbeing of our residents, and promote skills and involvement.

Salary: £12 per hour, 33 days annual leave allowance, rising to 35 days with service.
