Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Meadows House Residential and Nursing Home in London. As a Residential Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs and promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support residents with leisure and social activities, promoting their mental and physical stimulation
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure excellent care and customer service
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve high standards of care and resident satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Caring and compassionate approach towards residents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • No experience necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support
