About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Your Co-op Little Pioneers. As an integral part of our nursery, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding care and early education to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children.
- Support the education and development of your key children through outstanding quality of teaching and learning.
- Contribute to a team environment to deliver outstanding care, early education, and ensure performance standards are consistently met.
Requirements:
- Full and relevant early years qualification.
- An Enhanced DBS check.
- Open, honest, and compassionate.
- Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
