About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Your Co-op Little Pioneers. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the education and development of your key children through outstanding quality of teaching and learning.
  • Collaborate as part of a team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and ensure performance standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

  • Full and relevant early years qualification.
  • An Enhanced DBS check.
  • Open, honest, and compassionate.
  • Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
