We are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Little Pioneers, a child-centric nursery committed to delivering outstanding care and education.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children.
- Support the education and development of key children through outstanding quality of teaching and learning.
- Contribute to a team delivering outstanding care, early education, and ensuring performance standards are consistently met.
Requirements
- Full and relevant early years qualification (essential)
- An Enhanced DBS check (provided by the employer)
- Open, honest, and compassionate
- Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children
