Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Claims Validator. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in claims processing and has a passion for working with people. As a Claims Validator, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing submitted scopes of work from our network of suppliers.
Your primary goal will be to ensure that claims are processed efficiently and effectively, while also maintaining excellent relationships with our suppliers and clients. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the claims process.
This is an office or hybrid-based role, requiring 2-3 days a week in the office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other team members and will receive a competitive salary, dependent on experience, with a base salary range of £22,500-£25,000 for a Claim Validator and £26,500-£29,500 for a Senior Claim Validator.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in claims, property insurance, or the construction industry, and will possess strong negotiation skills, a natural talent for connecting with people, and the ability to prioritize and manage their workload effectively.
Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing and assessing submitted scopes of work
- Maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers and clients
- Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the claims process
- Validating costs and claim coverage
- Final reconciliation of work carried out
- Ensuring service levels are adhered to
