About the Role

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team at Clarity Recruiting Ltd. As a key member of our claims department, you will be responsible for managing insurance claims and building repairs from start to finish.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date on claim progress and costs. You will also be expected to handle data securely and maintain compliance with data protection regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Claims Processing
    • Process new claims promptly and communicate effectively with involved parties.
    • Securely handle data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Claims Authorization and Cost Management
    • Evaluate and authorize claims based on established guidelines.
    • Maintain accurate records of supplier information to support our supply chain.
  • Complaint Resolution and Compliance
    • Address low-level complaints promptly and follow our complaints handling manual.
    • E nsure suppliers meet compliance requirements and quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Full-time, permanent employment with a Monday to Friday schedule and potential overtime.
  • 1 year of claims handling experience (preferred) or 2 years of experience in insurance or property (preferred).
Package:

£35,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Buckinghamshire (hybrid remote work arrangement).
