Insurance Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a skilled Claims Handling Specialist to join our team at Clarity Recruiting Ltd. This role involves efficiently managing insurance claims and building repairs, ensuring all stakeholders are updated on claim progress and costs are carefully monitored.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in claims handling, preferably with a background in insurance or property management.
Key Responsibilities:- Claim Management
- Initiate and process new claims, maintaining prompt communication with involved parties throughout.
- Handle data securely and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Claims Approval and Cost Efficiency
- Evaluate and authorize claims based on established guidelines.
- Maintain supplier information in our database to support an efficient supply chain.
- Complaint Resolution and Compliance Management
- Promptly address low-level complaints, following our complaints handling manual.
- E nsure suppliers adhere to compliance requirements and quality standards.
- Full-time, permanent employment with a Monday to Friday schedule and potential overtime.
- 1 year of claims handling experience (preferred) or 2 years of experience in insurance or property (preferred).
£35,000 - £50,000 per annum.
Buckinghamshire (hybrid remote work arrangement).
