Job Description

As a key member of our team at Ventula Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our central London office. This role is critical to our success as a supplier of critical UK transport infrastructure.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end process improvement projects, ensuring opportunities are quantified to support prioritisation and processes are redesigned to enhance productivity and drive value for our customers.

Working closely with our Head of Business Process Improvement, you will:

  1. Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, deploying a structured approach.
  2. Plan and manage project activities to time and budget, liaising with internal/external stakeholders as necessary.
  3. Map and evaluate existing business processes, identifying key pain points and issues, measuring process performance through data analysis and quantifying improvement opportunities to support business prioritisation.
  4. Design, implement, and monitor process performance goals and measures, supporting Business Process Owners to track benefits realisation.
  5. Support other business improvement projects, not led by BPI, by providing expertise and guidance when needed.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate degree, or equivalent professional certification.
  2. Good understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g., Prince, Agile & Scrum).
  3. Ability to assess process performance and promote data-led decision making.

The basic salary for this role is between £70-75K, with an excellent benefits package including bonus, pension, and healthcare.
