Care Services sector graduate program available across the UK, offering diverse opportunities for growth and development.

Salary: £30,000 + benefits per year.

About the Role:

Gaining insight into all aspects of a fast-growing business with opportunities for rapid internal progression and continued personal development.

This is a two-year graduate scheme in the Health Care Management sector with Clece Care Services, providing invaluable experience in Operations, HR, and Finance core areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Rotating across the business to gain vital experience and develop key management skills.
  • Receiving full in-house training from senior management team and external training tailored to personal development.
  • Implementing management skills directly and collecting information for reporting back to the team.
Requirements:
  • On course for or have gained a minimum of a 2:1 in a business or management related degree.
  • Excellent communication and written skills, along with organised time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Motivated self-starter with articulate presentation skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Fully qualified driver required by the start of the scheme.
