We have grown to a team of over 8,000 care and support professionals, working together to provide bespoke, personalised care and support services to a wide range of people, enabling them to live at home independently.
About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Business Development and Operations Management professional to join our Graduate Business Management Scheme.
This two-year programme offers a unique opportunity to gain vital experience across various core areas, including Operations, HR, and Finance, as well as receiving full in-house training from our senior management team.
The ideal candidate will be on course for or have gained a minimum of a 2:1 in a business or management related degree, with excellent communication and written skills, organisational abilities, and a motivated self-starter approach.
This role involves rotating between departments to gain insight into all areas of the industry, developing key management skills, collecting information and reporting findings back to the team, and receiving in-house training to develop into a future leader of the business.
Key Responsibilities- To rotate across the business, gaining vital experience in core areas such as Operations, HR, and Finance.
- To receive full in-house training from our senior management team.
- To collect information and report findings back to the team.
- A minimum of a 2:1 in a business or management related degree.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Organisational abilities.
- A motivated self-starter approach.
- A full driving licence by the start of the scheme.
This is a national scheme, and you could be offered a role at any of our sites, although your current location and preference will be taken into consideration.
You will have the opportunity to take up positions within other areas of the business which may mean relocation around the UK.
Salary and BenefitsThis role comes with an estimated salary of £30,000 per annum, plus benefits.
