Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Starbank School in Birmingham. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to our pupils, enabling an outstanding learning environment and helping them to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the teaching and learning of pupils in a secondary school setting.
  • Work with children with special educational needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) to develop their learning and skills.
  • Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
  • Contribute to a team environment, working effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification (NVQ level 3 or A level).
  • Experience of working with children in a secondary school or other setting.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
