Position Overview

LTF Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in a supportive role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is committed to supporting SEN pupils and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group support to SEN students, helping them engage in lessons and encouraging their personal growth.
  • Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of SEN students.
  • Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to create an inclusive classroom that builds both academic and social development.
  • Monitor student progress, manage challenging behaviours, and communicate regular feedback to staff and parents.
  • Support the teacher by leading small group activities and contributing to a well-organised, positive classroom environment.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or relevant degree.
  • Experience working with SEN pupils.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to inclusive education.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and follow guidance.
