Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in a Primary School in Central East Birmingham. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with complex needs and be able to develop strong relationships with pupils and staff.

Job Summary:
  • Support pupils with complex needs in a resource base provision
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Provide personal care assistance and support with daily living skills
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a UK school, preferably in a SEN setting
  • Up-to-date Safeguarding training
  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
