Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at LTF Recruitment. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Deliver high-quality lessons during teachers' Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time, ensuring continuity in students' learning experiences.
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Foster a nurturing and encouraging atmosphere to support student engagement and progress.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEN and strategies to support these students effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to cover various teaching duties as required.
