About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to provide temporary assistance at one of our well-established clients in Shrewsbury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Executive, including responding to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Preparing documents, reports, and presentations using various software applications.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings.
  • Performing data entry tasks, processing information, and uploading files as required.
  • Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as an administrative assistant or PA in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • An existing DBS check would be advantageous but is not essential.
