Job Title: Legal Administrator

Location: Shrewsbury

About the Role:

As a Legal Administrator at Lambert Smith Hampton, you will be part of the Company Secretariat Department, providing administrative support in relation to property sales enquiries, management company administration, and Land Registry registrations. Your responsibilities will include dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls, corresponding with conveyancing solicitors, and communicating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with telephone calls and responding to pre-contract enquiries
• Corresponding with conveyancing solicitors and communicating with internal departments
• Providing Debtor History Reports to solicitors and liaising with internal Accounts and Property Management department
• Assisting with Land Registry registrations and company administration

Further Progression:

Your role may also involve producing Information Packs, responding to emails, dealing with post completion documentation, and keeping company records up to date. You will be involved in Lease Extensions and Deed of Variations, undertaking Land Registry searches, and updating shareholder records.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, good literacy and numeracy skills, and computer literacy. You should be able to work in a team, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively. Proven administrative experience is essential, and you must be confident in taking and making calls.
