We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans, working closely with individuals, their families, and other professionals.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication administration, as needed.
- Support individuals to engage in activities they enjoy, such as swimming, bowling, and arts and crafts.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for all individuals.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
- Ability to drive and hold a full UK manual driving license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and occasional sleep-ins.
