About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team Administrator to join our team at Ritz Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales staff, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:
  1. Administer daily tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  2. Maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded.
  3. Assist in the preparation of sales materials, including quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  4. Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  5. Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative or sales support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
