Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is £15,000 - £20,000, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:

You will provide administrative support to our office teams, overseeing various tasks such as finance duties, data entry, and scheduling. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, handling phone calls and emails, coordinating calendars, and supporting the onboarding of participants onto our programme.

  • Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate people or areas
  • Undertaking basic office tasks, such as filing, preparing meeting/training areas, delivering mail, and data entry
  • Handling inbound/outbound phone calls and responding to other message types as required
  • Coordinating schedules and managing calendars
  • Supporting the onboarding of participants onto the programme
  • Entering and updating company, employee, and client records
  • Ordering, storing, and distributing office supplies and maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment
  • Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs
  • Managing the office petty cash, including distributing travel costs, scanning receipts, and completing finance returns
  • Supporting the office with any other admin duties as required

Please note that in this role, you will work or have contact with participants who may have MAPPA restrictions. Due to these restrictions, we cannot employ anyone under 18 years old.
