Wholesale Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wholesale Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Field Sales Solutions. As a Wholesale Development Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our major Cash and Carry customers, including Booker, Bestway, and Dhamecha, to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Visiting assigned Cash & Carry depots to build best-in-class relationships and increase brand presence.
- Using sales data to approach key decision makers and effectively engage and influence areas such as listings and orders.
- Identifying new opportunities in depot to increase brand presence.
- To be an advocate of the Ferrero Brand portfolio.
- Business development skills, with customer relationship building.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and analyze data.
- Proven record of demonstrating initiative and delivering results.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen.
- A competitive salary of £26,950 OTE + Company Car, tablet, mobile phone, and additional company benefits.
- 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday with flexibility on working hours.
