We Care Bespoke Ltd is a leading provider of social work services in the North East. We are looking for a skilled Family Support Coordinator to join our team.



Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to work with our social workers in supporting families and children. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with vulnerable adults and children, and will be able to provide guidance and advice to parents and carers.



Key Responsibilities



  • Supervise family time with our young people, ensuring their safety and well-being

  • Support our social workers in their day-to-day activities, providing administrative and practical assistance

  • Complete life story work, helping to identify and address the needs of our service users

  • Provide parental advice and guidance, helping to promote positive outcomes for families and children

  • Transport children to and from family time, as required



Requirements



  • At least one year's experience working with vulnerable adults and children

  • A valid driving licence, with access to a vehicle that is fully insured for business use

  • A Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification in a relevant field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal



What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, based on the national living wage and taking into account the cost of living in the North East. This is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
