At Creative Support, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our supported living services in the Durham area. This role is ideal for a passionate and motivated individual who is committed to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, autistic spectrum conditions, and learning disabilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in learning disability/autism practice and will be able to develop structured programmes of communication, personalised support, and positive behaviour management. They will work closely with families and other professionals, supervising and mentoring a staff team to deliver consistent, person-centred services that meet the needs and preferences of individuals.
