Adult Education Manager

We are seeking an Adult Education Manager to join our team at Assisted Lives. As an Adult Education Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to our care staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care to our service users.
The successful candidate will have a minimum level 5 teaching qualification, such as DTTLS, and experience in a similar role. They will be familiar with current legislation and regulations governing care provision, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities will include delivering induction training to new staff, refresher training to existing staff, and identifying additional training needs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for source training, delivering specified training, and maintaining records of training and attendees.
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
