Adult Care Qualifications Instructor

National Skills Agency is seeking an experienced and passionate educator to deliver high-quality training in Adult Care qualifications up to level 3 or 5. As an Adult Care Qualifications Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and supporting learners in a face-to-face setting with some blended delivery and workplace observation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of 30-40 learners, taking full responsibility for their progress and achievement.
* Engage and support learners in achieving qualifications in a timely manner, meeting OFSTED and Awarding Bodies requirements.
* Develop scheme of work, lesson plans, and course resources for the delivery of qualifications.
* Maintain regular contact with employers throughout the learning journey.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience of teaching learners aged 16+ and assessing Adult Care qualifications up to level 3.
* Relevant occupational competency gained from working within the care sector.
* Experience of delivering work-based training.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
Location: Midlands and surrounding areas.
