We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team at Cygnet Willow House. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to residents, including administering medicines and maintaining accurate records.
  • You will produce written reports based on nursing assessments and observations, which will inform care plans and treatment strategies.
  • You will work closely with the management team to develop and improve the service, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

To be successful, you will have:

  • A current NMC Pin Number.
  • The ability to maintain documentation and undertake audits.
  • A good understanding of the latest nursing practices.

Salary: £43,000 - £54,000 per annum depending on experience. With your skills and qualifications, we estimate that this role offers a salary in line with the national average for a Senior RMN in the UK, which is around £48,000 per annum.
