We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the Adult Care Managerial Position at our Coventry-based service. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential and supported living services, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
To be successful in this role, you will require prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and hold relevant qualifications such as the QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management Award or NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care. Strong leadership and staff management skills are essential, along with a thorough understanding of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
A salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on experience, is offered for this challenging yet rewarding role.
