Assisted Lives is a leading provider of home care services for older people and supported living services for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health concerns in Bradford.

We are seeking an experienced Adult Care Trainer to join our team, responsible for delivering training programs to ensure our staff maintain the highest standards of care and service delivery.

This role requires a strong understanding of adult health and social care legislation, as well as experience in teaching and training. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum level 3 teaching qualification, PTTLS level 3 or 4, and be willing to work towards Level 5 DTTLS.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver induction training to all new staff and refresher training to existing staff annually.
  • Work with the Care Manager to identify additional training needs for our service users.
  • Source and deliver specified training programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum level 3 teaching qualification, PTTLS level 3 or 4, and willingness to work towards Level 5 DTTLS.
  • Understanding of adult health and social care legislation.
  • Full driving license.
