Care Sector Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Care Sector Trainer to join our team in the Telford, Stafford, Wolverhampton and Worcester areas. As a Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering our induction training program, ensuring that our staff receive the necessary training to excel in their roles.

Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the care sector essential.
  • PTLLS or AET (or equivalent) Teaching Qualification required.
  • IQA qualified highly desirable.

The successful candidate will have a warm and friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About us:

Nurseplus is a national healthcare provider with branches across the UK, committed to empowering our workforce with the skills they need to excel in their roles and advance their careers.

The salary for this role is approximately £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include access to company incentive schemes, a contributory pension scheme, and a welcome bonus of £500.
