Support Worker for Adult Education

Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality learning support to learners who require additional assistance, working under the guidance of the Learning Support Manager and class teachers. You will also aid learners in initial assessments and induction processes, as well as provide support in areas such as attendance, study skills, and IT. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of learning materials and resources, and participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,027 - £25,992 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working options and opportunities for professional development.
