Nursing Home Manager Opportunity in Blandford Forum

About the Role:

The position of Nursing Home Manager is available at our client's 50-bed nursing and residential dementia-focused service in Blandford Forum. As a seasoned manager with a PIN, you will oversee this well-presented luxury care home boasting excellent facilities and an environment specifically designed for elderly service users.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a clinical team of nurses to deliver high-quality care
  • Hire new staff and oversee training
  • Promote the home within the local community
  • Liaise with CQC Inspectors to ensure compliance with standards

Requirements:

  • Nurse qualified (ideally RGN or RMN)
  • Experience in nursing home management
  • Strong knowledge of elderly care
  • CQC legislation and marketing expertise

Benefits:
