Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive - Marrons Planning to join our dynamic Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development initiatives, collaborating with our legal partners at Shakespeare Martineau.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive business development initiatives, working closely with our legal partners.
  • Coaching and inspiring colleagues to achieve their business development goals.
  • Leading key account planning, ensuring strategies align with our growth vision.
  • Identifying new target markets and developing go-to-market strategies in collaboration with our marketing team.
  • Leading sales and business development meetings to maintain momentum.
  • Utilizing CRM systems and client analytics to unlock new work opportunities.
  • Identifying and leveraging referral opportunities to expand our network.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 per annum.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a business development manager, ideally in property.
  • A passion for driving business growth and an eye for opportunity.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • A talent for engaging and influencing others.
  • A creative mindset and ability to take initiative.
