Key Responsibilities:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organizational Effectiveness Specialist to join our team at Electronic Arts.


As a key member of our HR function, this role will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our business leaders and managers to enhance their capabilities and improve organizational performance.


The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist will work closely with our business stakeholders to identify key areas for improvement and develop and implement targeted solutions to drive business outcomes.


Key responsibilities of the role include:



  • Coaching and development: providing coaching and development opportunities to our managers and leaders to enhance their skills and capabilities
  • Collaboration and partnership: building strong relationships with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to support their success
  • Change management: partnering with our business leaders to identify and develop strategies to drive change and improvement across the organization
  • Programme leadership: leading the development and delivery of targeted programmes to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance
  • Cultural advocacy: working with our managers and leaders to promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect across the organization

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, combined with significant experience in HR or a related field
  • Proven experience in using data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive outcomes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders
  • A strong understanding of organizational development and change management principles and practices
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering business outcomes
