About the Job

We are seeking a talented Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join our team at Evi Technologies Limited. As a core member of our software team, you will play a crucial role in developing Ring's next generation of camera-centric devices.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and develop firmware for our camera devices, ensuring optimal performance, battery life, and system latency. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new hardware and software services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop high-quality firmware for our camera devices, prioritizing performance, reliability, and scalability.
  2. Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate new hardware and software services.
  3. Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and contribute to the development of our software architecture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience, preferably in embedded systems or IoT.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or C#.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
