Park Place Technologies is a leading provider of global IT maintenance services. We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Consultant to join our team and help us drive business growth through effective people management.

The successful candidate will have at least 7-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in related functional areas such as Recruiting, Employee Relations, Compensation, Performance Management, Training, and Benefits. They will serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues and business issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.

The HR Consultant will assess and anticipate HR-related and business-related needs, communicating them proactively with our HR department and business management. They will develop integrated solutions that deliver value-added service to management and employees, reflecting the business objectives of the organization.

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company like Park Place Technologies. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts regular meetings with respective business units as needed.
  • Consults with all levels of management, providing guidance when appropriate.
  • Evaluates & monitors success & effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Ensures consistency of best practices across business units.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7-8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a combination of related functional areas (i.e., Recruiting, Employee Relations (required), Compensation, Performance Management (preferred), Training, Benefits).
  • At least 3+ years' working in an HRBP capacity.
  • Minimum of 2+ years' strategic business planning experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify talent, human capital gaps, improve workplace and performance.
