About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at Mid Furness Primary Care Network. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital strategy, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of digital innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with our PCN's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital solutions that improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to identify and prioritize digital projects and initiatives.
  • Work closely with our IT team to ensure that our digital systems and infrastructure are secure, reliable, and efficient.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our GP practices, the ICB, and other external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Significant experience of working in a digital transformation role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize digital projects and initiatives.
