Accommodation Operations Manager

The Accommodation Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of their area of responsibility, which will include multiple areas such as guest accommodation, public areas, and venues within their designated area. They will lead their team in promoting the highest operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness, driving our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach to our accommodation and holding team members to account to ensure standards are met.
About YouWe are looking for an individual with a passion for driving excellent standards for our guests. An excellent level of operational knowledge in cleaning and leading cleaning teams is essential, as well as experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments. You should be motivated by high-paced environments and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments, leading and coaching your team to remain motivated to deliver consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team to deliver high standards of cleanliness and accommodation maintenance
- Drive the Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach to our accommodation
- Work closely with the wider Guest Services & Accommodation Team to manage issues proactively
- Support in setting clear goals and expectations for the team
- Nurture an environment that allows the team to perform at their best
