Accommodation and Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation and Cleaning Shift Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our cleaning shifts, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and guest experience are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality cleaning services
- Develop and implement operational plans to meet guest demand and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Conduct quality control checks and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement
- Support and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent results
- Manage the implementation of our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach to ensure our accommodation and cleaning services meet the highest standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive operational knowledge in managing a cleaning or soft services team
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
- High standards and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility and a proactive problem-solving attitude
