Accommodation and Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation and Cleaning Shift Manager to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our cleaning services, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled and that all tasks and objectives are being carried out to the highest standard.
- Monitor and maintain strict adherence to our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) standards, ensuring that all areas of the accommodation are clean and well-maintained.
- Stay informed about NPS scores within your department and take proactive steps to improve these scores and reduce guest complaints.
- Conduct Mobaro quality control checks, analyse reports, and lead feedback discussions to ensure that our cleaning services meet the highest standards.
- Manage the implementation of the initial 90-day program for new team members and oversee all personnel-related activities, from onboarding through the full employee life cycle.
- Set clear objectives and PDPs for your team, support team surveys, lead action plans, uphold brand standards, and ensure your team meets health and safety regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive operational knowledge in managing a cleaning or soft services team.
- A proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs.
- High standards and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in leading both permanent and temporary teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
