Accommodation Operations Manager

We are seeking an Accommodation Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness.
This role will ensure the smooth delivery of multiple areas, including guest accommodation, public areas, and venues, while promoting a culture of excellence and driving our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach.
The successful candidate will have a passion for driving excellent standards, a strong operational knowledge of cleaning and leading cleaning teams, and experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the team to promote high operational standards and cleanliness
- Managing payroll and balancing costs to ensure effective guest demand management
- Coaching and developing team members to deliver consistently high standards
- Collaborating with the Guest Services & Accommodation Team to manage issues proactively and improve the guest experience
About You
We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience leading large teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong operational knowledge of cleaning and leading cleaning teams
- Excellent health and safety knowledge within the cleaning remit
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
