About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and friendly team player to support our advice service. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting evaluation, catch-up, and review calls to clients, as well as providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting client telephone calls to evaluate their experience with our services">
  • Inputting data into our client management database">
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to your key contact">
  • Ensuring resource information is up-to-date and equipment is maintained">
  • Sending welcome packs to new clients">
  • Assisting the team with other administrative tasks as required">

About You:

">

We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking and listening over the telephone, has good communication skills, and can work independently as part of a small team. Experience of working with a range of different people and knowledge of Microsoft applications are also essential.

What We Offer:

">

We offer a supportive and inclusive environment, induction and relevant training, expenses, and supervision from the Volunteer Coordinator and your key named contact in the office. Additional training will be provided as appropriate.

Estimated Salary: £12-15 per hour (dependent on experience)

This is a flexible role that can be tailored to suit your needs. Two references and an Enhanced DBS check are required prior to starting in the role.
