Job Title: Services Support and Admin Volunteer

">About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly organised and friendly team player to support our advice service. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting evaluation, catch-up, and review calls to clients, as well as providing administrative support to the team.

- Conducting client telephone calls to evaluate their experience with our services">
- Inputting data into our client management database">
- Reporting any issues or concerns to your key contact">
- Ensuring resource information is up-to-date and equipment is maintained">
- Sending welcome packs to new clients">
- Assisting the team with other administrative tasks as required">

About You:
">We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking and listening over the telephone, has good communication skills, and can work independently as part of a small team. Experience of working with a range of different people and knowledge of Microsoft applications are also essential.
">What We Offer:
">We offer a supportive and inclusive environment, induction and relevant training, expenses, and supervision from the Volunteer Coordinator and your key named contact in the office. Additional training will be provided as appropriate.
">Estimated Salary: £12-15 per hour (dependent on experience)
">This is a flexible role that can be tailored to suit your needs. Two references and an Enhanced DBS check are required prior to starting in the role.
">Working Hours: Flexible hours to fit around you
