Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 30-35 Operations associates to deliver Value-Stream KPIs and project initiatives under our Great Plants, Great People, Great Pipelines strategy.
- Provide line management for a team of operations associates; allocate work, manage crewing levels, and drive flexible working, conduct training, and ensure that all attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters are dealt with per company procedures.
- Build a high-performing team through developing associates individually and within the team, developing associates through effective PDP management to ensure functional, team, and personal development.
- Develop and lead business communication in your area, working with management and support functions to deliver effective messaging and feedback.
- Collaborate within the Value Stream team to lead and partner in Continuous Improvement and OPEX projects, driving improvements in efficiency and other line KPIs.
- Work within, and be a role model for Mars Policies and Practices and the 5P.
- Work closely with other Team Leaders on shift to ensure that resource is deployed efficiently to deliver required shift performance at both line and factory level.

- Experience of line management is preferable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
