Value Stream Team Leader - Mars Wrigley Plymouth - Night shift
Compensation: £55-£60k (Negotiable) + 12% annual bonus + benefits
Night Shift 40 hours - Mon-Fri (rotating)
This shift line management role leads and develops a team of 30-35 Operations associates to deliver Value-Stream KPIs and project initiatives under our Great Plants, Great People, Great Pipelines strategy.

- Experience of line management is preferable, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading an operations shift team within a Value Stream to deliver priority KPIs including Safety and Quality & Food Safety through effective prioritization, escalation, and decision-making.
- Providing line management for a team of operations associates; allocating work, managing crewing levels and driving flexible working, conducting training, and ensuring that all attendance, performance, and disciplinary matters are dealt with per company procedures.
- Building a high-performing team through developing associates individually and within the team. Developing associates through effective PDP management to ensure functional, team, and personal development.
- Develops and leads business communication in your area, working with management and support functions to deliver effective messaging and feedback.
- Collaborating within the Value Stream team to lead and partner in Continuous Improvement and OPEX projects, driving improvements in efficiency and other line KPIs.
- To work within, and be a role model for Mars Policies and Practices and the 5P.
- To work closely with other Team Leaders on shift to ensure that resource is deployed efficiently to deliver required shift performance at both line and factory level.
