As an Operations Executive at Shift, you will play a pivotal role in driving exceptional outcomes by managing a comprehensive scorecard of business metrics. You and the team will be tasked with responding promptly and effectively to ensure customer and driver satisfaction, resolution of issues, and completion of jobs, all while contributing to our ambitious business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Live Booking Oversight: Track the progress of live bookings, jobs, and routes, intervening as necessary to ensure seamless operations.
  • Real Time Problem Solving: Address real-time queries and challenges as they arise, all while adhering to internal and external time bound SLAs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and driver partners across our platform, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a small team of external third party partners (BPO) to ensure compliance with established processes and quality standards.
  • Collaborative Operations: Work closely with other members of the Operations team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide weekly operational updates to key stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged with our progress.
  • Route Optimisation: Effectively allocate jobs and routes to our driver network, leveraging advanced technology and algorithms to build efficient and suitable routes.
  • Driver Recruitment and Management: Recruit, maintain, and manage drivers within the Shift Marketplace, ensuring driver liquidity in key areas across the UK.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and ideas.

  • Proven track record of strong problem solving abilities in dynamic situations.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet targets and deadlines.
